  • have a degree in mechanical engineering, plastics engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • have several years of professional experience as a SE team leader or component responsible in vehicle interiors
  • have knowledge and experience in manufacturing and joining techniques in vehicle interiors, as well as interface, tolerance, and RPS management; step and gap
