    Description

    Join our dynamic team as a Frontend Developer, where you'll take the lead in crafting exceptional user experiences and driving frontend development initiatives to deliver top-tier content through cutting-edge systems. Your role will be pivotal, collaborating closely with UX designers and engineering leads to shape our technical direction and ensure seamless delivery of our valued content to customers.

    As a key player in our R&D and Technology Functions, you'll contribute to strategic development and growth, actively participating in shaping new technology strategies and solutions aligned with business goals. Your creativity, analytical prowess, and knack for design will shine as you work alongside product stakeholders to prioritize business objectives and execute shared visions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with UX Design team to implement intuitive, high-quality UI/UX designs that are responsive, accessible, and secure.
    • Write clean, maintainable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices for high-scale web environments.
    • Enhance product quality by improving frontend features and contributing to cross-functional projects.
    • Provide accurate development estimates for new initiatives and enhancement requests.
    • Partner with Quality Assurance team to identify and resolve bugs and code deficiencies.
    • Ensure all software development activities align with organizational goals and coding standards.
    • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to launch products and features on time and within budget.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Design Engineering, or Mathematics.
    • 5+ years of frontend development experience using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (jQuery, Ajax).
    • Proficiency in at least one modern JavaScript web framework (React required) and cloud design.
    • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCE, Azure), web services design, and RESTful APIs.
    • Experience with unit testing (Jest), software engineering tools (VSCode, Git), and DevOps practices (Docker, SonarQube, Ansible).
    • Knowledge of micro-frontend concepts preferred.
    • Willingness to travel to offices within the US as needed.
    • Experience working in an agile, preferably SAFe, environment.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams and strong communication skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and initiative to drive organizational objectives forward.
