Position Overview:

As a Fence Estimator at EverFence, you will be at the forefront of our business, responsible for accurately estimating project costs and providing exceptional customer service.

Your keen eye for detail, analytical skills, and industry knowledge will be crucial in delivering accurate and competitive estimates for a diverse range of commercial fencing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather project requirements and specifications.
Conduct thorough onsite assessments to understand project scope and site conditions.
Prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates for commercial fencing projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant costs.
Utilize industryspecific software and tools to create detailed cost breakdowns and project proposals.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with sales, project management, and installation teams to ensure seamless project handoff.
Stay current with industry trends, pricing, and materials to ensure competitive and uptodate estimates.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Fence Estimator or a related role within the construction or fencing industry.
Strong knowledge of commercial fencing materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.
Proficiency in using estimation software and tools.
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detailoriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
