immediately as a
Leadership Development Trainee (m/f/d) (30 hours/week) at our location in
Munich or from your
home office.

Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the course and participant management of all our leadership trainings. This includes not only technical implementation and organization, but also coordination of our trainer team.
You will take on the technical responsibility for some leadership offerings (such as our coaching hub) and use your expertise to improve the learner experience on these platforms.
You will assist in the conception and implementation of various development formats for our leaders.
You will evaluate the success of our development formats and develop leadership surveys.
You will actively contribute your ideas to our talent management and also help our employees to develop.
You will support other projects in the People Experience department.

Your profile:

You have successfully completed your bachelor's degree in (business) psychology, educational science, human resource management or a similar field.
You have gained firsthand experience through internships or working student positions in the HR field or at an educational institution (e.g. personnel development, performance management, training, etc.).
You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, as well as a strong proficiency in the entire MS Office package (especially PowerPoint).
You are skilled in using new
