Description

• Onboard new hires, provide orientation materials and facilitate training programs to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
• Manage employee records, benefits, and payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide support to employees and managers on a variety of employee relations issues, including: hiring, firing, compensation, PTO, benefits, employee relations, workplace safety, performance issues, grievances, and conflicts.
• Payroll processing and related reporting.
• Stay uptodate on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain a positive work environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting and HR, with a proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, with a focus on the healthcare industry.
• Key characteristics: professional, strong ethics, adaptable, organized, multitasking, detailoriented, highenergy, and positive and compassionate attitude.
• Highly proficient with technology, including excel, Google Workspace, EMR, and CRM systems.
