- Lead the deployment of PG&E's DERMS cloud platform
- Engage with stakeholders to drive execution
- Act as liaison with Flex DERMS Users
- Ensure alignment and integration of DERMS with other systems
- Drive coordination between DERMS vendor and technology vendors
- Drive alignment across internal work groups
- Provide input into the longer-term DERMS Product Roadmap
- Support development of DERMS application architecture
- Act as DERMS subject matter expert
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related
- 5 years of experience in the electric industry
- Demonstrated experience in project, product, or program management
- Experience as Product Owner in an Agile environment
- Experience leading technology deployments focusing on innovative technologies
- Knowledge of California utility regulations and demand response programs

Position Summary:
The role entails leading the deployment and operations of PG&E's Load Management Distributed Energy Resource Management System (DERMS), as well as developing new operational processes for DER management. The focus includes modernizing tools, transitioning demand response programs, and supporting innovative load management programs.
