Job Summary:


Duties:


  • Plan and coordinate maintenance and beautification of the property
  • Supervise landskeeping employees and yourself
  • Maintain and repair farm equipment and machinery
  • Operate heavy equipment for land maintenance
  • Handle animals with care and ensure their wellbeing
  • You will be responsible for all fencing, mowing, trimming, weedeating, machine maintenance, coordinating with repair shops, working on hay cutting and baling, etc.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in farm management or related field
  • Proficiency in operating hand tools and heavy machinery
  • Ability to perform equipment repairs as needed
  • Familiarity with animal handling practices
  • Strong understanding of basic math for inventory tracking and budget management

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
