Manager (m/f/d) Finance and Accounting

Your Responsibilities
  • Independent management of the finance and accounting department
  • Leading and developing a team of 5-8 people
  • Preparation of annual financial statements according to German GAAP and participation in the company's reporting process
  • Preparation of tax balance sheet and tax returns
  • Economic and financial planning, liquidity management, payment processing, and reporting to the management board
  • Responsibility for human resources tasks within the company
  • Participation in the systematic development and optimization of company processes
  • Collaboration with external partners and consultants (auditors, tax advisors, lawyers, banks, and auditors)
