Rapid Response Towing is looking for two superstar
Repossession Agents to join our team in Austin, TX.

As an agent, you will be following leads for GPS'ed and non-GPS'ed vehicles up for repossession. You'll use your towing knowledge, stealth, and speed, to capture cars for our clients. You will be rewarded with a generous bonus structure for your successful completion of jobs.

Pay is a mix of base salary and bonus. Earnings are not capped


Requirements:

• Wheellift tow truck experience (2 year)
• Must be able to operate lockout kit, jumpstarter, and dolly
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license
• Must have a clean driving record (no points in the past 3 years)
• Must have a professional appearance and good driving record
• NO CDL REQUIRED
• Current TDLR Certification

Responsibilities:

• Capture at least 3 vehicles per day
• Drive safely and maintain a safe environment for potential passengers (in compliance with TX safety regulations)
• Complete logs and reports for daily shifts
• Communicate with team members as needed
• Keep Trucks Clean
• Operate tech stack
• Towbook, whatsapp, Google drive, TowTrax
• 56 days per week
