The Schwarz IT department manages the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions for the companies of the Schwarz Group. This includes the selection, provision, operation, and further development of IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications. In order to support the business departments in their processes with optimal IT solutions, Schwarz IT gathers the requirements of the departments in consultation meetings and collaborates with them to develop professional and efficient IT solutions.

Your Responsibilities

Continued development and operation of our current store management solution for Lidl & Kaufland divisions, as well as support for the upcoming platform redesign
Continuous involvement in the customer journey and prioritization of the product backlog
Planning and implementation of new features and services in an agile manner, together with the development team
Collaboration in a cross-functional team consisting of business departments, application development, and infrastructure

Your Profile

Completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration with an interest in technology, or a comparable qualification
Practical experience in agile software development, preferably using Scrum, for client-server applications, web, and mobile apps
Affinity and understanding of software and hardware architectures, as well as related interface technologies
Knowledge of processes, tools, and methods for
