    Compensation:

    $250,000

    Responsibilities:
    • Great upbeat team atmosphere

    • We have all the loans and all the programs
    • Work remotely or work in our new office
    Qualifications:
    • Active State NMLS in Florida since at least 2021
    • Exceptional decision-making abilities
    • Superior written & verbal communication skills
    • Superb interpersonal & customer service skills
    • Familiarity with multiple types of loans, such as Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, & Non-QM
    • Work effectively with realtors, processors, & underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction-overseeing all customer interactions
    • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university preferred
    • Three (3) references listed on a resume
    • Funded at least 4 million in the last 10 months
