Our Store Managers play a vital role in restaurant operations by recruiting and training the staff as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining corporate standards while coaching and leading managers and crew members.

Principal Responsibilities and Key Activities of a Restaurant Manager:

Leads Operational Excellence and the Guest Experience at the retail location
Makes a difference; actionoriented
Lead daytoday operations in the store
Manage a foodservice franchise location franchise management
Has strong work ethic and displays a "cando" attitude
Team Leading and Operations Management
Understands the importance of executing an actionable plan to achieve goals
Understands the importance of training and development of Team Members
Utilizes effective communication and coaching skills

Proven success in QSR management is required. Retail management experience will be considered. We offer a very attractive total compensation plan including base salary, bonus and comprehensive benefits package
