    Job DescriptionBilingual Recruiting CoordinatorLocation: Grand Prairie, TXHours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pmPay rate: $25-27/hour DOE A company in the DFW is expanding and looking for an HR aficionado that loves the people aspect of an organization to join their team. As A Member of This team:
    • Own and define preparation and onboarding for new employees
    • Collaborate with team members to cultivate employee experience and serve as a main point of contact in the first 90 days of employment
    • Be a champion of professional development in an employee-centric and customer service-focused culture
    • Assist the talent team in sourcing, screening, and scheduling high-quality candidates for employment opportunities
    • Build relationships with internal and external candidates using various techniques and strategies
    • Attend business association, university, alumni, and industry events to represent the company
    • Manage and modify the new hire orientation process
    • Assist with the pre/post-hire process
    • Assist in gathering and compiling a variety of information as needed for various HR initiatives and projects
    You Will Need:
    • Deep passion about the details and ability to input data and update records accordingly
    • Ability to handle constantly changing priorities
    • Possess a sense of urgency and have the ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects at once while remaining strong in accuracy
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
