About the Role

The Maintenance Technician position will be responsible for ensuring all Company buildings are in proper operating condition; all routine and priority work requests assigned are investigated and corrected; all assigned preventive maintenance work is completed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations; and all assigned maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.

Core Responsibilities

• Successfully performs all facilities maintenance activities according to Manufacturer guidelines, Company standards, and industry best practices
• Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains buildings, building infrastructure, and roofing
• Performs painting, carpentry, minor plumbing, masonry, and electrical work
• Replaces minor electrical features such as, but not limited to, receptacles, wires, switches, and motors
• Repairs minor damage to walls using plaster or compound
• Repairs sinks, water coolers, toilets, damaged flooring, steps, and sidewalks
• Replaces damaged paneling, floor tiles, doors, and windows
• Performs general maintenance on equipment, machinery, gates, and fencing
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Skills:

• Working knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required

Experience:

• 2+ years of maintenance technician experience required
• Reliable transportation for daily commuting and emergency response
• Valid Class C Driver's license with clean driving record required
• Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with smartphones (either personally owned or company-issued)

Compensation details: 24-27 Hourly Wage
