- Assist the Chief Administration Officer (CAO) and Program Directors/Managers/Coordinators in implementing state-specific and job-specific training for A New Leaf, Inc. (ANL) employees.
- Manage, execute, and monitor all training needs for staff members.
- Maintain training data within ANL's designated system.

- Establish positive relationships with staff, clients, and LMS leads.
- Maintain employee training documentation system and recommend system enhancements.
- Develop short- and long-term training strategies and training profiles.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and assist in new employee training.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and staff information.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if required.
- Positive attitude when working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Alignment with ANL's Core Values.
- Minimum age of 21 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of related experience is preferred.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.
- Bending, stooping, and lifting objects up to 30lbs.
