The role of Day Program Associate involves providing vocational assistance to individuals with disabilities. Duties include aiding in work skills development, supporting decision-making, maintaining a safe work environment, promoting good health practices, and implementing specific strategies outlined in Individualized Habilitive Plans or by the Vocational Program Director.
As a Day Program Associate, collaboration with the Program Director and fellow team members is essential for the successful development, execution, and assessment of workday supports for individuals with developmental disabilities.
