You will:


  • Partner with our senior accountant to own all aspects of accounts payable, including processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices and initiating vendor payments
  • Record and reconcile Company cash transactions into the general ledger
  • Monthly bank reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolutions
  • Perform regular analysis and reconciliations of Account Payable ledger balances
  • Assist in performing a timely and accurate monthend close
  • Ad hoc tasks as needed

You have:


  • Prior Accounts Payable experience
  • Understanding of booking accounting entries including debits and credits as it relates to cash
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problemsolving skills

Nice to have:


  • Bachelor's (B.A. / B.S.) in accounting, finance, or other related discipline
  • Understanding of accounting standards (U.S. GAAP)
  • Experience with AvidXchange
  • Experience using Netsuite
