Position Summary:


Identify opportunities in your assigned territory to generate new business, reactivate dormant accounts, and grow existing dealer, contractor, and architect base to achieve quarterly sales objectives.

Guide the consumer journey from start to finish through outstanding customer service and product knowledge. Position will report directly to the Inside Sales Manager.

Inside Sales Mission Statement:


Develop and prepare each rep for an advanced role within The AZEK Company through continual education and driving sell-through growth with our dealer and contractor base.


Role Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of Sales Experience and/or Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A great teammate who displays a positive attitude daily
  • A competitor that is hungry for a career in sales

What you'll do:


  • Qualify and convert contractors and builders to specify TimberTech and AZEK on current and future projects in your assigned territory
  • Identify dealer opportunities in your territory to generate new business, reactivate dormant accounts, and grow existing lumberyard base
  • Quality > Quantity; ~40 outbound calls a day
  • Host virtual presentations to train channel partners on TimberTech & AZEK product portfolio
  • Communicate daily with local Area Sales Managers and Regional Sales Manager in your territory to provide support as needed
  • Quarterly travel in North America with current Area Sales Managers in assigned territories
  • Engage customers and present products at industry events and shows (PGA Tour 3M Open, AZEK
  • University, Deck Expos and more)
  • Position will report directly to the Inside Sales Manger
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $50,000 in our lowest market up to $55,000 in our highest market, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.

The pay for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set, and level of experience.


Pay:
$50, $55,000.00 per year
