- Prepare and Revise the analyses of all project activities, factoring achieved performance in relation to economic targets using an Earned Value approach.
- Provide monthly reporting and support to the Operations Controller
- Establish reporting and analysis standards and best practices
- Provide monthly reporting to support Project Management and Project Directors decision making
- Perform ad hoc analysis as required to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist in financial decision making by providing analysis on the performance trends.
- Monitor various projects during execution by analyzing the achieved results and comparing them with budget which could lead to pinpointing major variance as applicable.
- Prepare the bid reorganization, the budget and the forecast for the area in accordance with the agreed WBS/WBE working with the designated AFC Manager, Estimating, and Project Management.
- Perform cost analysis simulation backed by empirical data that aims at improving production and reducing risk contributing to the overall project success.
- Lead semi-annual Forecast and Budget evaluation exercises.
- Carry out job duties while maintaining Lane values.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, accounting or equivalent
- 8+ years of related engineering experience (depending on the complexity of the Business Unit)
- Must have budgeting or forecasting experience
- Experience with Earned Value Management, strongly preferred
- PMP certificate preferred
- Background experience in estimating/scheduling is a plus
- Construction experience, strongly preferred
- Proficient interpersonal and organization skills
- MS Office proficiency including advanced knowledge of Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication
