Purpose
The Good Job, Happy Family (GJHF) Case Manager role involves providing holistic, culturally-sensitive case management to refugees and ORR-eligible populations in the U.S. This hands-on position focuses on assisting families in achieving stability and community integration through various goals like employment, education, financial literacy, and wellness.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Healthcare, International Studies, or related field required.
Experience: Minimum 2 years working with immigrant or refugee communities, preferably with a focus on social justice.
Other Skills: Strong English fluency required, additional languages a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office, highly organized with excellent communication skills.
Special Requirements
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to maintain a flexible schedule for appointments.
