Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain sales channels in the US market, with a focus on promoting the company's core

sweetener products (such as Stevia Rebaudioside M, Neotame, Neohesperrdin Dihydrochalcone(NHDC), Advantame, etc.) to target customers including food and beverage manufacturers, health supplement
companies, and food ingredient distributors.

Formulate and implement regional sales strategies, achieve sales targets, and continuously expand the

company's product share in the US market.

Conduct in-depth market research, collect and analyze market information, including competitor

dynamics, product demand trends, and changes in relevant policies in the food additive industry, and provide
constructive suggestions for product optimization and market strategy adjustments.

Establish and maintain long-term stable customer relationships, provide professional product

consultation, technical support, and after-sales service, promptly solve customer problems, and ensure
customer satisfaction.

Participate in important industry exhibitions, seminars, and other promotional activities within the US to

enhance the company's brand and product visibility and influence.

Regularly report sales progress, customer development status, and market dynamics to the

headquarters, and complete other sales-related tasks assigned by the company. Job Requirement

U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents with valid work permits (no company sponsorship required).
Bachelor's degree or higher, with priority given to those majoring in food science, food engineering, chemistry, business administration, marketing, or related fields; relevant sales experience can partially

compensate for educational requirements.

At least 3 years of sales experience in food additives, food raw materials, or related industries, with a

proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Familiarity with the U.S. food additive market and relevant regulatory requirements (such as FDA

regulations), and in-depth understanding of sweetener products and their application scenarios is preferred.

Possess excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of

independently establishing good cooperative relationships with clients.

Proactive, result-oriented, with strong market development capabilities, stress resistance, and

self-motivation.

Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer relationship management

systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot) for customer management and sales data statistics.

Hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel frequently within the designated sales area.
