For our Department of Organizational Development in the Department of Organization and Personnel, we are looking for several

Business Analysts with project management experience for our organizational projects (m, w, d)

We offer you a permanent and a temporary full-time position, classified in pay group 12 TVöD or a comparable salary group according to LBesGBW. We are open to part-time models. Please contact us.

The portfolio of the Department of Organizational Development ranges from the implementation of modern (agile) working methods and formats, to process analysis and design, to holistic organizational analysis with new structures, determination of structural personnel requirements, job evaluations, and team development measures. We work on organizational issues across the administration as well as within individual departments and value a collaborative approach in joint projects. We support digitalization through the implementation of administration-wide processes and applications, process automation, and document control through workflows.
