Exciting Projects
As a true "all-rounder," you will be responsible for project coordination of our construction projects "from A to Z" until the turnkey handover of the property to our well-known tenants. Start your career now in our department for construction procurement and control.
- Preparation of renovation/construction measures
- Ensuring the completion of our projects, conducting regular construction meetings (no assembly work)
- Organization of technical documentation in cooperation with the involved construction companies
- Rectification of construction defects until handover to the owner
- Research of new construction products/materials, construction companies, etc.
- Expansion of our network of trade companies
Your Passion for Real Estate
- You have completed a vocational training or have relevant work experience in a trade and/or real estate-related profession (such as foreman, facility manager/property manager, construction manager, master craftsman, project controller, etc.)
- Alternatively, you have gained first-hand experience through self-renovation or expansion of your own home
