Exciting Projects

As a true "all-rounder," you will be responsible for project coordination of our construction projects "from A to Z" until the turnkey handover of the property to our well-known tenants. Start your career now in our department for construction procurement and control.

Preparation of renovation/construction measures
Ensuring the completion of our projects, conducting regular construction meetings (no assembly work)
Organization of technical documentation in cooperation with the involved construction companies
Rectification of construction defects until handover to the owner
Research of new construction products/materials, construction companies, etc.
Expansion of our network of trade companies

Your Passion for Real Estate

You have completed a vocational training or have relevant work experience in a trade and/or real estate-related profession (such as foreman, facility manager/property manager, construction manager, master craftsman, project controller, etc.)
Alternatively, you have gained first-hand experience through self-renovation or expansion of your own home
