We are a small boutique motel located in beautiful Cherokee, NC. Located over the Oconaluftee River, we encounter all walks of life.

We have the luxury of not being affiliated with a franchise, and therefore we are able to offer a more tailored experience to our guests, and our employees.

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, teamwork, and small business. We are a close-knit team and excited for a new face to join us. There will be side work on each shift, including laundry. You will also have quite a bit of downtime in the evenings. We boast a great reputation in Cherokee, and look forward to meeting you.

• Manage online, phone and inperson room reservations
• Welcome guests, check them in, distribute room keys and explain the hotel's amenities
• Take payment from customers
• Respond to guests' issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner
• Explain local amenities and attractions to guests
• Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special client needs
• Checkout guests or extend stays as needed and communicate with housekeeping
• Perform assigned side work throughout each shift

$ $16.00 per hour
