Job Overview


As the Renew Contractual Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Services Supply Chain processes within the Contractual Renew segment.

You will serve as the primary liaison between Renew and the broader Supply Chain team, coordinating with various functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to optimize Contractual flows from order management (OM) to logistics, refurbishment, order-to-cash (OTC), warehousing, systems integrations, planning, and product lifecycle management (PLM).


Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the Services Supply Chain processes within the Contractual Renew segment, ensuring seamless operations from start to finish.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Renew team and other Supply Chain stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead the design phase of Contractual processes, orchestrating the involvement of necessary SMEs and working closely with Transition Supply Chain roles to facilitate a smooth transition from design to implementation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Contractual Renew segment, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- +5 years of experience in Services Supply Chain, Customer Support, and/or Services Delivery Businesses.

  • Proven project management experience and skills, with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams and drive results in a dynamic environment.
  • MBA, PMP, ITIL, Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
