Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Pool Technician to join our team at Tampa Bay Pool Pros.

As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and Chemicals to pools to ensure they are clean, safe, and functioning properly.

This is a hands-on role that requires pool service knowledge and exponential customer service skills.

This position will have a training period of hourly salary followed by pay per pool depending on experience to make up to $30 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Success in this position will be determined by the following measurable results:

• Manage a swimming pool route that includes Cleaning and maintain pools, including skimming debris, vacuuming, scrubbing surfaces with brushes and cleaning filters.
• The ability to manage a stocking of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week.
• The ability to utilize a smart phone for our Pool ION mobile platform.
• The ability to spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
