AKA Rittenhouse Square is hiring for a Guest Services Associate with 1+ years' guest service experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage all residents with an upbeat cando attitude.
• Introduce property services and amenities to new arrivals and follow up with a warm call once the resident has settled into their suite.
• Creating and maintaining reservations in the system.
• Answering outside phone calls and directing to the appropriate department if Resident Representative is unable to assist.
• Promoting and selling the AKA brand to potential residents.
• Follow up with residents on housekeeping and/or maintenance requests once they have been completed.
• Assist residents whenever possible (i.e. making dinner reservations, contacting car service/taxi, etc).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of one year of guest service experience.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrated strong guest service skills.
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated strong guest service, problem solving and decisionmaking skills.
