Our founders turned a strong idea into reality: With the former Mainz Industry Training Workshop , a central, inter-company training facility for industrial companies in the region was created. The ILW is a pioneer of inter-company training in Germany and trains around 500 young people annually, mainly in metal and electrical professions.

Learning Coach (m/f/x) in the field of E-Industrial Technology

Responsibilities of the Learning Coach at ILW Mainz

  • Creative preparation and implementation of holistic, individual learning experiences in technical training for electrical professions based on the training framework
  • Teaching the knowledge and skills described in the training regulations and preparing for a successful exam
  • Introducing trainees to problem-solving oriented learning
  • Contributing to the continuous development of training concepts and processes at ILW
  • Willingness to participate in examination committees of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce
  • Enjoyment of working in the ILW team
