***Develops, executes, manages, and evaluates individual donor development plans to generate unrestricted revenue for CPLC operations, services, and affiliates under the Resource Development Strategy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

Bachelor's Degree; at least 7 years of experience that is directly related to resource development; a directly related higher degree from an accredited institution may be substituted for up to two years of experience, and/ or any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform assigned duties.

CFRE preferred.

Regular - Full Time (FT), Days, M-F, 8 am - 5 pm
