Schedule:
Mondays & Tuesdays 9:30am-6:00pm and Saturdays 8am-5pm


Pay Rate:
$18/hr.


What you need to be successful in this role:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate positively & professionally with clients
  • Ability to multi task in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to run a multiline phone system
  • Basic Computer skills (Excel)
  • Excellent time management skills; dependable
  • Ability to pass all preemployment screenings

What you will do:


  • Answer calls for the service department & assist clients with their service needs
  • Schedule service appointments for Service Advisors
  • Collect feedback from clients on service experience
  • Contacting clients with open recalls, campaigns, special order parts and available prepaid maintenance
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management team
