Mondays & Tuesdays 9:30am-6:00pm and Saturdays 8am-5pm
Pay Rate:
$18/hr.
What you need to be successful in this role:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate positively & professionally with clients
- Ability to multi task in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to run a multiline phone system
- Basic Computer skills (Excel)
- Excellent time management skills; dependable
- Ability to pass all preemployment screenings
What you will do:
- Answer calls for the service department & assist clients with their service needs
- Schedule service appointments for Service Advisors
- Collect feedback from clients on service experience
- Contacting clients with open recalls, campaigns, special order parts and available prepaid maintenance
- Any other tasks assigned by the management team
