Perspective

  • The two-year trainee program combines a broad, cross-departmental training with the opportunity to gain knowledge and practical experience in sales and project management.
  • It is divided into three sections:
    • Overview (approx. 4 weeks): Goals, organization, processes, and connections of the individual departments
    • Cross-departmental training (approx. 12 months): You will get to know different departments through multi-day or week-long assignments and take on first tasks and projects.
    • Focus area "Project Management": You will deepen your knowledge in the areas of project management and sales and take responsibility for your own projects. A multi-week assignment in one of the foreign companies of the AKG Group is also planned.

Tasks in the focus area

  • Support and consultation of existing customers as well as acquisition of new customers
  • Technical product development and customization according to customer requirements
  • Complete project management from proposal creation to series production, including:
    • Technical calculation and design of heat exchangers
    • Commercial calculation and optimization of customer-specific solutions
    • Proposal creation
