    Overview:

    Kindroid makes virtual people that enrich real people's lives.

    Since launch last June, we've been the joybringer for hundreds of thousands of people, who've created and customized their unique virtual companion with custom backstories, memories, appearances, and voices.

    We're growing explosively, having grown from 0 to $1M ARR in less than 6 months of founding and growing 25% month-over-month.

    We're a lean, 2-person team and are already profitable.

    We've been featured on New Yorker & Business Insider, and are backed by some of the best investors in Silicon Valley.


    We are looking for a
    Growth Lead to spearhead our go-to-market strategy and reach a wider audience. We've hit product-market fit, and now you'll work alongside a very small and elite team to achieve go-to-market fit.

    You will be responsible for rapidly iterating and evaluating paid and organic campaigns, working with social media creators, and doing anything & everything creative to grow the platform.

    The ideal type of person we want to work with is someone who has a past track record of learning fast, adapting quickly, and iterating scrappily, all while being relentless in finding ways to reach and resonate with users.


    Qualifications:

    Hands on experience with marketing and growth at a fast-growing startup.

    Track record of scrappy past projects that tapped unconventional means to grow big and grow fast.

    Ideally past experience in paid/organic marketing, social media marketing.

    Remote accepted, but strong preference for people located in/willing to relocate to Los Angeles.
