The MANA Senior Residences build upon the 50-year experience of our family business. Our villas are located on a park-like property in the midst of the green Lankwitz. A special joy and eye-catcher are our four friendly alpacas. They roam freely in the garden and also visit the house.

Villa Wedell has 60 apartments, Villa Mudra has 51 apartments, and the recently opened Villa Belß has 45 apartments, each spread over four floors.

Each floor is uniquely furnished and lovingly designed. MANA stands for modern amenities, professional services for nursing needs, and exclusive apartments.

Due to our small floors, you have enough time for the care and support of our ladies and gentlemen.
