The Assistant Planner will be a key member of the Glow Events planning team, supporting Senior and Associate Planners in the execution of high-end corporate and social events.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented planner who thrives in fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within luxury event agency.


+Responsibilities
  • Meeting Management:Create, organize, and communicate meeting agendas
  • Create set up and maintain all client files Take detailed call notes and prepare internal recaps for team approval before sending to clients
