Description

Product Information Specialist will be primarily responsible for assisting with product preparation, product information inquiries, product setup for customers, item setup for our internal ERP, and communicating statuses to various departments. This will include the updating of data master spreadsheets, image formatting and data system upkeep.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Daily monitoring of product information tickets
Managing the third-party retailer catalogs and ensuring data accuracy and completion
Providing reports to assist with ongoing sales tools
Ensures data synchronization across multiple systems and platforms
Load product information into the company's ERP, websites, and other internal avenues
Upload and maintain product and customer-specific pricing into ERP
Complete customer setup projects and web portal maintenance
Prepare marketing templates for product attribution and copy
Compile and format images into requested customer-specific formats
Assist in other various marketing and web projects
Actively participate in marketing strategy and initiative discussions

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

Extreme attention to detail and keen organization skills
Effective communication skills including active listening, open communication, and conflict resolution
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP knowledge is preferred)
Ability to multi-task and reprioritize in a dynamic environment
Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines
Experience within data platforms
Knowledge of data workflow and content management
Comfortable adapting to frequent changes in priorities and daily goals
Be a self-starter, comfortable working both alone and with others
Must be a thorough problem-solver
