YOUR TASKS

  • You will take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of currently six colleagues
  • You will be responsible for the partnerspecific marketing activities of the largest PAYBACK partners in the retail sector
  • You are skilled in goaloriented project management of crossfunctional teams for the successful conception and implementation of innovative marketing concepts
  • You support the strategic development of partners in terms of satisfaction and uplifts of individual key figures
  • You develop the reporting infrastructure and further refine the presentation of performance KPIs at management level
  • You provide expert advice to partners and confidently present virtually and onsite

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are a leader who has successfully led, inspired, and coached teams both professionally and ideally also disciplinarily
  • You have a degree in marketing or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of professional experience at least 7 years in marketing, CRM
