Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for providing technical support for our products through ticketing tools, phone, and chat.
  • You will be the point of contact for general questions about our products.
  • You will manage important accounts.
  • You will be responsible for planning and conducting live broadcasts on TV.
  • Your tasks will include reviewing and checking image and video content, as well as text content.
  • You will handle compliance issues.
  • You will support in quality assurance.
  • You will actively participate in optimizing internal processes.

Qualifications:

  • You have several years of experience in customer service and support.
  • Ideally, you also have experience in leading a team.
  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
  • You have a basic understanding and affinity for online applications.
