Description
Seeking diligent office professional, preferably with experience in the excavation/construction industry.Great attention to detail and accuracy required.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing all day to day basic office responsibilities (phones, mail, supplies, support)
- Data entry
- All aspects of AP (matching packing slips to invoices, sourcing approval, entering accurately, filing, pulling for check run)
- Reconciling various accounts and monthly statements from vendors
- Maintaining organized filing systems both electronic & paper
- Managing subcontractors (insurance certs, W9, etc.)
- Collecting, categorizing, scanning and filing all receipts
- Supporting payroll organization
- Supporting owners & office staff
- Maintaining organized, functional and clutterfree office
- Pickingup/droppingoff mail, FedEx, plans, documents, etc.
- Other administrative responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree Preferred
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and QuickBooks; knowledge of ComputerEase a plus
- Strong administrative skills (scanning, filing, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years office experience, construction industry preferred

- Resourceful and competent ability to accomplish tasks with mínimal assistance and see tasks through to completion
Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
