Your tasks will include:


  • Responsibility and ensuring of operational processes in the areas of janitorial cleaning and catering
  • Monitoring compliance with HACCP guidelines and occupational safety regulations
  • Personnel management
  • Creation of duty and vacation schedules
  • Ordering of food and nonfood items using ITbased systems
  • Monitoring of costs and inventory usage
