As working with Ukrainian candidates in Germany is a new situation for us, we are seeking an active, energetic, sociable, and loyal individual with a hands-on mentality who can tackle challenges.

Additionally, this person will help implement a concept for working with Ukrainian employees.


Operation Support Employee (with knowledge of the Ukrainian language)

Your responsibilities:


  • Your task is to provide telephone and language support to Ukrainian employees working for our clients in Germany.
  • You are the communication bridge between the employee and the project manager.
  • You support employees in contact with the project manager regarding labor law issues (employment contract, vacation, work at the client's site, compensation, and other administrative matters) as well as questions about accommodation for those who use our housing facilities.
