Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics, invitations, and materials preparation
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
  • Utilize Google Suite to create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Conduct proofreading and editing tasks to ensure accuracy of documents
  • Type correspondence, reports, and other materials as required
  • Act as a personal assistant to executives by handling various administrative tasks

Skills:


  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
