Duties:

Experience:


  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Business Manager or similar position
  • Strong sales and business development background
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop longterm plans for business success
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team of employees
