Customer Success Engineer / Service Engineer (m/f/d)

Here are the challenges that await you:

  • Be the service provider and solution provider for our national and international customers: Install our systems on site and train personnel, on site and/or virtually.
  • Develop an understanding of our customers' challenges: Together with our sales and R&D teams, you will develop solutions that help our customers improve their production processes.
  • Contribute to the overall strategy and success of the company by keeping your eyes and ears open and using your expertise to lay the foundation for follow-up sales in the sales department.

What we expect from you:

  • A degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Technical know-how, a pragmatic and practical approach combined with manual dexterity
  • Enthusiasm for international customer contact, digital, by phone and on site
  • Business-oriented thinking with a high level of personal responsibility and a positive "can-do" attitude, as well as the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Belief that modern CRM tools, such as SalesForce
