_Sentara is hiring a Team Coordinator for our Specialty Pharmacy team at Norfolk General Hospital_:
This position is designed to oversee our Specialty Pharmacy Accreditation and provide support to our Specialist Pharmacy Team


Required qualifications:


  • Three years Pharmacist experience
  • 1 year of leadership experience (Experience as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist can be substituted for leadership experience)
  • Datal Analytic experience
  • Virginia Pharmacist license
    REQUIRED


  • BLD

  • Bachelor's Level Degree
    REQUIRED
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Certification
  • American Heart Association (AHA)
    REQUIRED within 6 months of hire
  • Will consider pharmacists not licensed in Virginia/NC due to relocation. Must have Virginia or North Carolina (applicable to location) license within 90 days of Sentara start date.

Responsibilities:


  • Provides formal clinical and operational leadership to pharmacy care team members
  • Serves as clinical expert and resource within the division setting and the affiliated services
  • Develops and implements new and existing clinical and operational programs
  • Works as a Clinical Pharmacist based on the workflow needs of the team
