    Description

    Job Summary:

    Are you a natural problem solver with expertise in solving hardware and network issues? Do you enjoy sharing your expertise with a variety of technical levels of users? If so, we have just the opportunity for you The System And Network Administrator position is responsible for installing and supporting in-house and customer hardware, operating system / connectivity, and application software. This exciting and challenging position will put you in a position to directly impact the productivity of our employees and customers.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining and optimizing CIC's network and Cloud Computing performance for customer remote processing.
    • Monitor / Maintain Network and Cloud Computing Security.
    • Technical support for CIC personnel and external customers with hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
    • Work with 3rd Party Vendors in Completion of Technical Projects as Required.
    • Recommend / Conduct Network and Cloud Computing Maintenance / Upgrade Technical Projects.
    • Completing software and hardware installation projects for CIC personnel and customers.
    • Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior team members and coordinating activities of the team.

    Required Skills:

    • Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or relevant professional work experience.
    • Experience installing and supporting connectivity of File Servers, PC's, Scanners, Switches and Routers in a Windows Networking Environment.
    • Experience in a Cloud Computing Environment.
    • Knowledge of SQL Server Administration.
    • Experience with VPN, SFTP, and Office 365.
    • Experience with Server Backup / Recovery Processed and Products.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal staff.
    • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.

    Salary Range:

    • $89,000 - $125,500 / year depending on experience and qualifications
