Role :
Complaint Investigations Tech/Warehouse

Location :
Alameda, CA

Duration : 6 Months

Shift Timings : 5 am to 1:30pm

Warehouse Job Duties:

Minimum of 1 year of Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
Able to use pallet jack and forklift to move pallets in the warehouse.
Must be able to complete forklift certification, training will be provided.
Able to unpack boxes and carry contents to designated storage areas.
Maybe up to 50 lbs.
Maintain warehouse inventory using Excel, or Database.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat;

- maintaining clean shipping supply area;
- complying with standard operating procedures (SOP's), rules, and regulations.

Completes reports by entering required information.
Entering data into reports used for monitoring and updating warehouse activity as needed via Excel and/or Word.
Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
May also be trained on Complaint Investigations, if needed by the business.
