Description
We are looking for a high energy individual who works well with customers and co-workers. You must have professional phone skills. You must be able to navigate a computer and be familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office 365. You must have reliable transportation and be dependable. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year customer service experience.

Business attire required.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a good work ethic and understands that everyone is a part of our team.

This is a desk job and will require occupying a desk during working hours.

Job duties include:

Answering the phone and directing calls to the appropriate people, Using ERP software to create quality tickets, provide order status to customers, provide shipping information and greet customers when they come in.

Hours are 7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday.


Pay:
$17.00 per hour
