    Description

    Day to Day work:

    Transmission line design/rebuilds/equipment replacement of transmission structures, small tap lines, reroutes for substation expansionsFollowing Client standards and processes, interfacing with substation and operations to confirm design requirements, develop material orders and specifications, develop construction package utilizing client standardsROW Assurance: modeling and clearance analysis of transmission lines for NERC complianceAssigned a line, import most recent LiDAR, graphically sag conductor to match, run clearance reports, report on findings, if violations are found provide recommended mitigation solution(s)We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.

    . Near or open to relocate to Columbus OH Office or Philadelphia PA Office. We have a hybrid work schedule but coming into the office 2-3 days a week would be good for long term.

    If not Columbus or Philadelphia other offices are good to:
    Denver, CO; College Station, TX; Charlotte, NCStrong PLS CADD experience (line design, Finite Element, conductor sagging/clearance analysis) EIT certificate, PE is a plus4-6 years transmission experience in consulting (or very thorough hands on cradle to grave design experience if coming from a utility)
