Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the professional leadership and development of the employees in your field of vehicle inspection
  • Based on production metrics, you improve the quality and productivity of service delivery
  • You schedule inspection engineers and their equipment
  • With your expertise, you are the competent contact person for our customers and use your network to expand your customer base
  • You transfer market requirements and developments into the planning and optimization of the business field
Qualifications

  • Degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience as an inspection engineer
  • First leadership experience and experience in an inspection company is an advantage
  • Customer and serviceoriented work style
  • Communication skills combined with strong empathy
  • Entrepreneurial and analytical thinking and acting
  • High degree of flexibility
