The Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Program Administrator will oversee the further development and management of an IPM program across The Met.

Reporting to the Deputy Director for Collections and Administration, you will work in close collaboration with the Department of Scientific Research, Buildings Management and the IPM-Working Group to develop and uphold comprehensive and unified best practice procedures and policies for pest management and prevention.

You will also guide and direct a contracted pest management (PM) company that administers IPM practices at the museum's main building, Met Cloisters and storage facilities.

You should have experience implementing and administering an IPM program at a large and complex organization.

You will generate awareness of best practices and develop systems for responding to pest activity that prioritizes the safety of collections.
